As a Principal,



Strategic Operations, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the systems that enable effective company-wide execution. You will work closely with senior leaders to improve operational rhythms, align priorities, and create frameworks that support sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and continuously improving leadership operating systems, including planning cadences, decision-making frameworks, and execution rhythms.
- Owning quarterly and annual planning processes by ensuring priorities, dependencies, and resources remain aligned across teams.
- Driving execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives by improving accountability, coordination, and follow-through.
- Building scalable documentation, operating mechanisms, and planning tools that help teams execute efficiently.
- Partnering with executive stakeholders to identify organizational challenges
