About the role
As Junior R&D; Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products and technologies that support the company’s strategic objectives. You will use your technical and product expertise to transform projects into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle. Your contribution will help ensure that new concepts are technically viable, cost-effective, safely manufacturable and aligned with market and business needs.
What you will do
Your main responsibilities include:
- Designing new products or components using engineering principles and industry standards;
- Developing technical documentation, including specifications, engineering drawings and test reports;
- Performing simulations, analyses and validations to ensure performance, safety and reliability;
- Collaborating with Manufacturing and Sourcing throughout all project phases;
- Acting as a bridge with Production to ensure that products meet the required specifications;
- Leading or supporting technical problem-solving activities and proposing corrective or innovative solutions;
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs and enhance product performance;
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards, certifications and regulatory requirements.
