We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

About the Job

The IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team supports IT Governance, Risk and Compliance activities within a regulated asset management environment while maintaining oversight of application, technology and service landscapes across the organization.

As a Working Student, you will gain practical experience in IT compliance, governance processes, enterprise architecture, data analysis, reporting, and information quality management. You will also work with modern digital and AI-assisted productivity tools while supporting stakeholder engagement and management reporting activities.

What you do
- Support IT compliance activities, reporting, and governance processes
- Maintain compliance-related inventories, registers, and documentation
- Perform data quality reviews and support regulatory initiatives
- Maintain application, technology, and service inventories




- Contribute to data quality improvements across architecture repositories
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform data quality analyses and identify inconsistencies
- Support simplification and standardization initiatives
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.

What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
- Affinity for technology and digital solutions
- German language skills are a plus
- Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Interest in IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and data analysis
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitmen
