Controlling Analyst – Product Lines

What you will do
We are looking for a resource that support Product Line Finance Directors in daily operational and strategic activities, including:
- Budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams
- Monthly accrual processing
- Top line analysis by cluster, brand, product line
- Analysis of divisional cost
- Portfolio analysis to maximize profit
- Product mix, Margin and profitability analysis
- New product business cases and development
- Transparency and timely communication with HQ
What you need to succeed
Must have
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers
Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes.
Language: Fluent in Italian & English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus.

- Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to interact effectively
