The Supervisor will ensure sales focus, exceptional customer service, and deputise for the Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDrive sales, offer exceptional customer service, and build a personal client list. /li liSupervise and drive the sales team to achieve targets. /li liLead the team in excellence of service by demonstrating exemplary service techniques. /li liDeputise for the Manager/Assistant Manager in all aspects of their role. /li liMaintain knowledge of store operations and processes. /li liSupport training of the team,
