An exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, is now available within our ambitious PatientMonitoring & Life Support Marketing function (Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and Infusion Pumps ) based in Lazio, Italy.
Your responsibilities: After training, acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray PMLS solution
Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical support
To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products
Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting
Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use
Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth
Being part of the tender process, you will be responsible for preparing the technical documents
Participating in major marketing events (conferences, congresses, workshops etc.)
Work with the Sales / Service Engineer within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices.
Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood




Working with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations
Keep clinical, technical, IT and market knowledge up to date in PMLS environment
Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations
Manage and maintain timely training records
What are we looking for in you: The experience in the similar position with Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and/or Infusion Pumps products
A proven clinical experience with a background in Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators and/or Infusion Pumps
Ability to work autonomously
Capability of working in team to achieve shared objectives
Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken
Ability to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorship
Ambitious and looking to drive your career forward at pace
Showcase previous project organization skills
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to travel frequently is required
