ph3About The Role /h3pAs the Digital Transformation Business Partner – RD, you support the digital transformation of our RD organization. You translate business needs into digital solutions, optimize processes end-to-end, and support the adoption of innovative technologies such as AI, automation, LIMS/ELN, PLM enhancements, and simulation tools. You act as a strategic partner, process optimizer, and change agent across RD and its interfaces. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAlign RD digital initiatives with strategic priorities. /liliIdentify opportunities to digitalize and streamline RD processes. /liliManage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget). /liliEnsure a key user approach for relevant RD applications is established, including UAT coordination and first-level support. /liliEnsure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption. /liliSupport Data Governance (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness). /liliPromote compliance, quality, safety, and CSR guidelines. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar. /liliExperience in digital transformation, process optimization, IT project management, and functional analysis. /liliStrong understanding of RD processes and SAP RD modules. /liliProject management expertise (agile certifications preferred). /liliKnowledge of change management methodologies. /liliStrong analytical and communication skills; structured working style. /liliFluent in English + Italian or German.
