The Italian practice focuses on Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A;, including privately negotiated and public M&A; transactions and Antitrust/Competition. Our clients include Italian companies, European corporates operating in Italy, international investment banks and private equity firms.

We are looking for trainees with an interest in M&A;, bank finance, capital markets transactions to join our Milan office.
You shall have the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Law from an Italian University
- Strong academic credentials
- International experience is not required but would be a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory both written and spoken
- Have a genuine interest in financing transactions and cross-border M&A.;




- Be ambitious and passionate about work, ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in team.

The trainees will have the opportunity to work with all the Milan partners and associates and with teams based in other offices and thereby gain diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and in all the legal areas of our office (ECM, DCM, banking, corporate, antitrust and competition, etc.), and this is usually not possible in other firms.
