THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Commercial In-House Lawyer to our Legal team This position can be based out of Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), or London (UK) in a hybrid model, or as a Remote – Spain, Italy, or UK position,



meaning you can work from anywhere within these specified countries.

This role is integral to supporting our fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly expanding business across Europe. As part of our European Legal team, you will act as a trusted advisor across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex legal frameworks, supporting business strategy, and shaping our internal processes. You will play a key role in adopting cutting-edge legal technologies to drive efficiency while ensuring our commercial agreements meet regulatory requirements, applicable laws, and company policies.

YOUR IMPACT
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements and contractual due diligences across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring strict compliance with local laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
