We are looking for a senior BI Analyst who combines strong Power BI development skills with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. You enjoy understanding operational challenges, translating them into requirements and developing impactful dashboards and analytical reports. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in team to deliver the best possible solutions.

What are you going to do?

As a BI Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Gain thorough understanding of core processes within KLM Component Services, including Logistics, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Repair;




- Identify needs and clarify requirements to maximize business value utilizing a combination of Dashboards and Decision Support Tools;
- Challenge requirements where appropriate and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions;
- Analyze data flows, source systems, and highlight data quality issues;
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models;
- Build trusted relationships with business users, ensuring continuous feedback throughout the development process;
- Develop intuitive dashboards that enable users to make better operational and strategic decisions;
- Perform data profiling and data validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of datasets used for reporting and analytics;
- Identify data quality inconsistencies and collaborate with the Data Integrity Team to improve underlying datasets;
