The client is looking for a professional with approximately 4–5 years of experience, capable
of managing complex initiatives, coordinating large-scale events, and effectively engaging with
a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

initiatives, with a strong focus on event management and client activation activities, ensuring
seamless delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution across
Key activities include: Managing end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards Planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, including management of agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders Supporting client activation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, participation, and business impact Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders Managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets Preparing status reports, governance materials,



and executive updates for senior stakeholders Managing multiple parallel initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Acting as a key liaison between client teams, agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholders Required skills & experience: 4–5 years of experience in Project Management roles Proven experience managing marketing-related projects, including coordination of large-scale events Experience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organizational and planning capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindset Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Fluency in Italian and English Nice to have: Experience within the payments industry Knowledge of the payment's ecosystem, including key market dynamics, players, and customer engagement models
