Introduction

We’re looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Business Analyst to join the KLM Digital Cargo Operations team, where you'll play a key role in the NCT project. In this role, you will help transform operational concepts and IT visions into actionable strategies, contributing to KLM’s operational efficiency and the seamless execution of our flights.

What are you going to do?

As a business analyst on the New Cargo Terminal project, you are responsible for translating the operational concept and IT vision into actionable epics, features, business cases, and a comprehensive roadmap as part of the IT Fit and Gap analysis.

Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that project objectives align with strategic goals. You play a critical role in bridging the gap between operations and technology, facilitating effective communication,



and driving the successful implementation of the project.

As a Business Analyst IT, Data & Control (ITDC) on the New Cargo Terminal (NCT) project, you will transform operational concepts and IT visions into actionable strategies, enhancing KLM's operational efficiency and contributing to the seamless execution of our flights.
