We are seeking a motivated Strategic Analyst to join ALTEN in Italy and support our Managing Director in driving the company’s business strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.g., preparing meeting materials, collecting feedback, and developing action plans).
- Organize and coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.
- Track decisions from committee meetings and ensure follow-up actions align with company objectives.
- Monitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the Regional Director’s strategy.




- Develop and analyze ad‑hoc reports and KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Work with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross‑regional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent English and Italian (required); French is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
