Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding vehicle inquiries, maintenance schedules, and technical support.
Represent premium automotive brands by delivering expert advice and solutions via phone, email, and chat.




Guide customers through automotive service processes, ensuring a seamless and luxury-standard user experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle diagnostics, and case history within our CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex automotive service-related issues effectively.
Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends and vehicle specifications to better advise our diverse client base.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Genuine interest in the automotive sector and a passion for customer excellence.
Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic attitude.
Ability to adapt to a remote work environment while remaining fully engaged with team objectives.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and basic technical literacy.
