Job Overview
We are currently sourcing candidates for an exclusive Italian Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-end support for Dyson’s innovative consumer electronics portfolio via phone, email, and chat.
Assist Italian-speaking clients with technical troubleshooting, product advice, and after-sales service.
Maintain deep knowledge of Dyson technology to provide premium, solution-oriented guidance.
Build strong rapport with customers,



ensuring every interaction reflects Dyson’s premium brand standards.
Manage customer inquiries regarding product warranties, repair services, and order tracking.
Collaborate with the global team to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction metrics.
Navigate complex consumer electronics systems to provide accurate data and documentation for every case.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passion for consumer electronics and modern technology trends.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a luxury customer experience.
Professional proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
Previous experience in high-end customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
