Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and product support for a world-renowned consumer electronics brand.
Assist Italian-speaking customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and warranty inquiries through various communication channels.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest electronics innovations,



gadgets, and software updates to offer accurate guidance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and expert solutions in the Italian language.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to the continuous improvement of the electronics service ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on emerging product trends.
Participate in ongoing product training to maintain the highest standards of professional expertise.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Strong command of the English language for internal communication.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Passionate about consumer electronics, digital trends, and providing stellar user experiences.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, critical for this Italian-speaking customer support role.
