The resource will manage and develop the client portfolio in the territory, promoting medical devices and solutions.
The role acts as a strategic reference point between the company and healthcare environments, ensuring service excellence and achievement of sales targets.
/ph3Responsibilities and Activities /h3ulliSales Management and Technical Consulting: Promote products and services, ensuring the distribution of promotional material, technical notes and scientific publications to clients, distributors and specialist physicians.
/liliScientific Support: Assist customers by participating in scientific events, congresses and conferences.
/liliDemonstrations and Training: Conduct demonstrations of portfolio devices and manage technical training for resellers, distributors and agents.
/liliBusiness Development and Networking: Identify and select new business opportunities and potential clients in the territory.
/liliOffer Management: Develop and implement commercial offers aligned with Group objectives.
/liliInstitutional Relations: Maintain relationships with healthcare environments to collect clinical feedback and usage experiences fundamental to service evolution.
/liliStrategy and Coordination: Define and implement action plans for new tenders and portfolio development, monitor sales performance against targets.




/liliInterfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Tender Office and Project Office to devise new commercial strategies.
/liliInformation Flow: Maintain constant, fluid communication with the internal team, home technicians and the patient service to ensure optimal territory management.
/li /ulh3Requirements and Qualifications /h3ulliResidence: Preferably in the Reggio Calabria area.
/liliSalary: The salary range for this position in Italy is €35,000 to €45,000 gross.

/liliContract: Will be governed by the CCNL chimico farmaceutico and the second-level company agreement.
/liliEducation: Degree in scientific fields (Chemistry, CTF, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology or related).
/liliExperience: At least 1-2 years in multinational structured contexts, preferably in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Services sectors.
/liliClient Orientation: Ability to analyze needs and solve problems.
/liliMobility: Willing to travel frequently mainly in the Lecce and Taranto area.
/liliSoft Skills: Excellent communication, proactivity and goal-oriented work.
