/ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliemAnalysis and verification of warranty processes entered by dealerships belonging to the official MG Italy network.
/em /liliemVerification and approval of entered warranties (both from a technical and procedural point of view).
/em /liliemAssistance to the authorised network for the entry and completion of warranty requests.
/em /liliemMaintenance of the workshop network registry in MG warranty systems.
/em /liliemCreation and delivery of training for the authorised network warranty personnel.




/em /liliemPossible visits to the authorised network for the purpose of warranty audits and support for new dealers to start up after-sales services.
/em /liliemDrafting of regular internal warranty reports to monitor the costs and performance of the dealerships.
/em /liliemDrafting of regular warranty reports to the dealerships to improve the efficiency of their work.
/em /li /ulh3Educational Background Expertise: /h3ulliemFirst or second level degree.
/em /liliemHigh level of familiarity with the office package and aptitude for the use of spare parts and warranty portals.
/em /liliemExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
/em /liliemAnalytical and proactive skills.
