We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Italian Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level B2B support, acting as a strategic point of contact for Italian-speaking corporate clients.
Resolve complex inquiries through efficient communication channels, ensuring excellence within the customer support services framework.




Develop deep product expertise to offer tailored solutions that meet the specific business needs of our partners.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure data integrity and process transparency.
Collaborate with internal teams in Bulgaria to optimize service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction metrics.

Ensure all service level agreements are met or exceeded, maintaining the high standards expected by our partners.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our diverse international team.
Valid EU passport, allowing for immediate work authorization in Bulgaria.
Proven experience in a customer-facing or B2B consultancy role within the customer support services industry.
