SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio.The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School's offering.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnershipsDesign tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentationsBuild and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholdersDrive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex dealsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutionsEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and long?term partnershipsQualifications & Requirements8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B servicesStrong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuringSolid understanding of business and organizational dynamicsStrong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities,
