Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer support to passengers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and complex itinerary modifications.
Represent a global tech-driven aviation leader by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.




Assist travelers with technical navigation of the airline’s booking platforms and mobile applications.
Resolve high-priority passenger inquiries, ensuring excellence in service recovery and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with airport operations teams to manage real-time updates and flight schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our high-tech aviation CRM systems.
Uphold the highest security and safety communication standards required by the aviation industry.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English to ensure seamless integration into our international team.
Previous experience in the aviation or airline customer service industry is highly desirable.
Tech-savviness with a passion for digital innovation in the travel sector.
