What we expect from you
MSc degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering or similar.
Interest in battery systems and e-mobility technologies.
Preferred: internship, thesis, Formula Student, or academic projects related to battery systems and EVs.
Basic knowledge of simulation and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations (ISO, ECE) is a plus.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Team player,



able to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
Fluent in English and Italian.

What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
