Job Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Spanish Speaking Customer Experts for Cloud Platform position in Greece, specifically within the dynamic Food & Beverage tech sector. This is a unique opportunity to join one of our premier Spanish-speaking jobs, providing cloud-based support to global restaurant chains and premium food suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage clients, providing expert technical guidance on cloud-based platform operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries regarding digital menus, supply chain integration, and online ordering software.




Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering premium customer service in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.
Document all technical issues accurately within the CRM to improve cloud system performance for international restaurant partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital solutions for our global Food & Beverage clientele.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, ensuring that your support remains relevant to the evolving Food & Beverage digital landscape.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of the English language to interface with our international operations team.
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry or digital customer support is highly preferred.
Technical aptitude and a passion for modernizing cloud-based solutions for the hospitality sector.
