What We Are Looking For:
Reporting to the CLO and the CFO,



the Legal Finance provides dedicated in-house legal support across the Group’s financing and capital markets activities, working closely with the M&A; & Financing team on the drafting, review, and negotiation of financing agreements, bond issuances, covenant-related matters, and associated documentation, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic and financial objectives.

Key Activities:
Provide legal support across the Group's financing transactions, including bank facilities, bond issuances and other capital markets operations;
Draft, review and negotiate financing documentation (facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor and related documents);
Monitor and manage financial covenants, information undertakings and other obligations arising from financing agreements;
Support the coordination of financing operations in cooperation with lenders, arrangers and external legal advisors;
