Starting her day at 7:30 a.m., Stella Bosio sets the tone with a refreshing skincare routine and a green juice. By 8:30 a.m., she’s out the door, ready to embrace another dynamic day at DEVENEY.
“I leave my house every day around 8:30 a.m., excited to get to work,” Stella shares. “I look forward to our 9:30 a.m. huddle every day.”
Building Connections: The Morning Huddle
The day kicks off with the DEVENEY team’s daily huddle, a cornerstone of collaboration and communication. This meeting sets priorities, shares updates, and opens the floor for learning opportunities. For Stella, it’s a chance to engage with her team and discover new projects that spark her curiosity.
“DEVENEY has cultivated a learning culture that makes it easy for me to reach out,” Stella explains. “The daily huddles allow me to dig deeper into new skills based on what I hear my coworkers are working on.”
For Vivian DiSalvo, the morning huddles are invaluable.
They provide her with insights into the company culture and help her align her to-do list with team priorities. “I use this time to catch up with my coworkers and find inspiration for tasks that excite me,” she says.
Meaningful Work: Life as an Associate
Stella and Vivian’s days are packed with impactful work. From creating engaging social media posts and writing compelling copy to curating strategies and assisting with media planning, the associates gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects. Collaboration is a key element of their roles, as they often team up to tackle assignments together.
“Working with social media, I’ve learned so many new skills and discovered new platforms, like using Airtable and Sprout Social,” says Stella. “I’m focusing on elevating social channels to effectively promote clients’ branding.”
