We're looking for a proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Milan. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager to drive the success of community campaigns across Italy and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Procurement Specialist, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, through regular appraisals and development meetings.




Support new product introduction and manage critical path processes to ensure timely delivery.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with new suppliers to improve competitiveness and expand sourcing opportunities.
Assist in managing supply agreements in coordination with Group Legal
Support major programmes by ensuring capacity planning, quality assurance, and risk management.
Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Legal, IT) and attend trade fairs to scout for new ideas and

market innovations.

Conduct pricing analysis, benchmark suppliers, and manage product portfolios, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
Analyse supplier performance after campaigns, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions and management reviews.

Requirements
