For our operation in Luxembourg, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, who is eager to play a pivotal role in leading the planning and delivery of high-impact strategic, regulatory, operational, and transformation initiatives in a dynamic and international environment.To be based in Luxembourg, the successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Alpha Bank Group and will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development and execution of the Bank’s international operations agenda.
Purpose
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Luxembourg and will work closely with the local Management team, as well as with key stakeholders across the Alpha Bank Group.
During the first period, the role holder will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning, and execution of a strategic implementation program in Luxembourg.
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across all project workstreams, ensuring alignment between local business requirements, Group expectations, regulatory obligations, and implementation timelines.
Following the successful delivery and stabilization of the first period of activity, the role holder will continue leading strategic, regulatory, organizational, and transformation initiatives, supporting the execution of the local strategic agenda.
What You Will Be Doing
Strategic implementation program in Luxembourg
Lead the overall project management and coordination of a strategic implementation program in Luxembourg, covering regulatory readiness, operational implementation, and successful delivery of key project milestones.
