There are over 2.7 billion frontline workers in the world: they represent approximately 80% of the global workforce. These are the people who keep the world running every day — working in retail, hotels, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and services.
The companies that manage this workforce face increasingly complex challenges: high turnover, recruiting difficulties, fragmented processes, and often ineffective communication.
Klaaryo was born to change these rules.

Through Agentic Artificial Intelligence, we help companies completely rethink the way they attract, hire, engage, and support their people — creating conversational experiences that are simple, human, and personalized. After consolidating our presence in Italy and Spain, we are now opening Brazil.

The role
We are looking for the first Sales Development Representative to join our Brazil team. The role is ideally based in our Milan office, though we're open to basing it in Madrid.
You will report directly to the Brazil Lead, contributing firsthand to business development in Brazil.
If you're looking for the opportunity to build something from the ground up, this is your moment. You will be the first point of contact with prospects and play a key role in developing the commercial pipeline and growing Klaaryo in Brazil.

What you'll do
Identify new target companies aligned with our ICP.
Build and maintain prospect databases.
Reach out to decision makers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
Generate new commercial opportunities for Account Executives.
Qualify prospects and schedule high-value meetings.
Keep HubSpot updated with accurate information and market insights.
