Accountabilities




The role focuses on building and maintaining the core systems that support revenue operations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability as the platform grows.
Own and evolve metering infrastructure by designing, developing, and improving systems that accurately process billable events without delays, inconsistencies, or data loss.
Expand and optimize payment platform integrations, including subscription management, usage reporting, invoice workflows, webhook handling, and recovery processes for complex edge cases.
Build and maintain cloud marketplace integrations by managing reliable data flows between billing systems and major cloud provider entitlement platforms.
Develop customer-facing usage dashboards and forecasting capabilities that provide clear visibility into consumption, spending, and cost trends.
Improve billing monitoring, alerts, and notifications to proactively identify anomalies, unexpected usage patterns, and potential customer issues.
