Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join Hines Italy’s Asset Management in Milan who would support senior team members on wide range of activities. The successful candidate will:
Update financial models with actuals and forecasts
Conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models, comparing returns outcome
Support on the asset management activities, including leasing and sale processes
Provide financial and qualitative analysis and prepare investment memos for Board Approvals
Draft documents and presentations for internal/external use and governance bodies
Liaise with third parties as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants and legal/tax advisors
Join commercial due diligence activities including market analysis and lease reviews
Support the project management team on the technical activities
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate
The preferred candidate has already completed all the exams (or close to) and is the process of preparing the final dissertation
No prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are fundamental . Strong passion for real estate sector
Fluent English
Excellent command of English (particularly written)
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and autonomous approach
Able to manage different tasks under pressure
