Our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.
The Main Event: What you'll do
As we expand into new markets, we are looking for an extremely driven and ambitious Market Launcher to spearhead our growth, establish our presence, and build relationships with top industry professionals in key territories. As a Market Launcher, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Huspy in Italy. You will act as a strategist, operator, and relationship-builder—working closely with our General Manager in Mortgages, leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a successful launch.
This role requires a mix of operations, sales, business development, and project management skills.
Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect frequent travel and hands-on work in different locations.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch in new cities.
Analyze local mortgage market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Determine local licensing, compliance, and operational requirements for launching.
Business Development & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-producing players.
Lead outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person meetings.
Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our value proposition.
Operational Execution & Market Setup
Hire and setup the local team for success including training and performance management
