Kerr Italia S.r.l. is seeking a change facilitator to lead lean transformation at our Scafati site in Salerno, Italy. You will develop and collaborate with site lean champions and influence leadership in building a continuous improvement culture.
Responsibilities include facilitating training programs, Kaizen events, coaching teams, and driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will monitor KPIs and support Strategy Deployment and Daily Management objectives.
