POSITION SUMMARY

As a Formulation Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing
operations in a sterile production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP,
safety, quality, and production targets. You will be responsible for supervising
and developing a team of approximately 50 employees, coordinating formulation
activities, optimizing production performance, and ensuring the timely delivery
of high-quality products.



Working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering,
Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, continuous
improvement, and a strong culture of safety and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise daily sterile manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and
company procedures.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 50 operators and
technicians.
* Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are
achieved.
* Monitor and improve operational KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, OEE, Yield).
* Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to
ensure efficient operations.
* Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related
field.
* 5+ years of experience i
