Independent execution of activities in compliance with procedures (work instructions / Lifecycle) in the testing or assembly department
Management of non-conformities and recording of test results in digital systems
Error analysis and troubleshooting of production issues to ensure production continuity
Training and mentoring of production personnel on technical procedures and process changes
Preparation and continuous updating of product assembly instructions
Implementation of improvement proposals to increase the efficiency and performance of production equipment
Providing independent feedback to the Supervisor regarding optimization opportunities, hazardous situations, and potential occupational health and safety risks
Active contribution to maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area
Your Qualifications & Skills
Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician
Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German and/or English is considered a plus
Good IT skills and confidence in using a PC
Willingness to work in shifts

Total compensation starting from €33,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
