Join our team as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) and play a
crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing
creative campaigns, and driving engagement with our target audience.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content
creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign
performance to optimize future strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who
align with our brand values and vision
* Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate
with our target audience and generate attention
* Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging,
shareable content in collaboration with influencers
* Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future
strategies
* Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our
social media channels




* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
in influencer marketing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within
the fitness or nutrition industry in Italy
* Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building
skills
* Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns
* Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive
actionable insights
* Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
* Fluency in English and Italian
