About the job
We support our Sales companies and Global Key Accounts with an organization of Application and Product Specialists (APS). They support the sales representatives during technical feasibility stage on customer projects, provide heat transfer knowledge on prioritized applications,
with ability to withstand conversations and discussion with the R&D; of the largest multinational companies.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
• Drive product and process validation projects.
• Provide input and support for trainings.
• Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
• Provide input on legislation and design standards.
