ph3bPROJECT MANAGER (PM) /b /h3 pPublication Date: 7 July 2026 /p pDue to company growth and business development, we are looking for a Project Manager with the following profile. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging the technical and logistical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with planned timelines and contractual requirements. /li liEnsuring appropriate quality and safety standards. /li liOrganizing internal meetings with the project team and external meetings with client companies, in order to ensure proper project management and prevent potential critical issues. /li liScheduling and planning project activities, ensuring that the agreed objectives are achieved. /li liLiaising with end customers regarding the specific requirements of each project. /li liCollaborating with other company departments, including Purchasing, Administration, Design, Preliminary Engineering, and related functions. /li liCoordinating the project team. /li liManaging project budgets. /li liCoordinating activities throughout all project phases and monitoring their progress. /li liPreparing and presenting reports on project progress, issues, and proposed solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role.



/li liPrevious experience in the metalworking, industrial automation, or industrial machinery sector. /li liA degree in Engineering or a technical diploma. /li liIntermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language. /li liIntermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of a second foreign language. /li liKnowledge of Project Management tools. /li liMechanical and electrical technical skills. /li liStrong problem‑solving abilities. /liliAptitude for teamwork and collaboration. /li liA strong sense of responsibility. /li liFlexibility and a smart, practical approach. /li liAbility to work under pressure. /li liProactivity, initiative, and results orientation. /li liWillingness to undertake occasional business trips. /li /ul pThe successful candidate, meeting the required experience and qualifications, will be offered a permanent employment contract under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement, with remuneration aligned with the skills and experience actually acquired. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
