For Platforms we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RSC
Regional Platform Cost & Competitiveness Manager at Savigliano site in Italy

Purpose of the job:

In charge for her/his Platform of :

* Developing and implementing competitiveness strategies for projects, Ref.-Lib
and products under R&D-development;
* Analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvement plans
* Coordinating with commercial, technical, and financial teams to ensure
profitability
* Overseeing benchmarking and market studies to identify competitiveness levers




* Delivering cost reductions with accurate QCDP commitments in a timely manner
* Managing project costs and ensuring clear cost-per-unit commitments
* Supporting Project Managers in financial reviews and action plan closures
* Develop and follow competitiveness actions on projects and tenders
* Managing competitiveness plans on the platform’s projects, reference
libraries and reference solutions : driving during project development ,
implementation during tender preparation, monitoring during project execution
* Support pre-tendering / tendering activities and start of projects with
reference libraries.
* Collecting ROE on relevant Projects

Performance measurements:

* Progress of Competitiveness action plan: volume/number of competitiveness
actions proposed, progress of actions

Educational Requirements

Mandatory: Engineering degree and/or Business School

Experience

Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
