As Administrative Assistant, Managed Equipment Services within Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Turn-Key department you will support the day-to-day administrative operations that enable the effective delivery of our Managed equipment service activities across our UK sites. Based in Turate, Italy,



you will play an important and valued role in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating administrative processes, , and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Working closely with colleagues, clients, partners, and service teams, you will help ensure efficient operations across equipment maintenance and service management activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a pro-active attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Organize and maintain company records, including contracts, invoices, correspondence, and all related activities within AssetMax digital asset management system
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional
