Manager / Team Leader

As ICQA Area Manager you will lead inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving activities within a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will work with Operations and support teams to enforce policies while driving accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing team. You will influence safety, quality, and efficiency, contributing to world-class service with a proactive, empathetic leadership style.

- Lead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem solving
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory control and QA in line with network strategies while adhering to SOX compliance




- Conduct shift planning and direct work, overseeing process improvement projects
- Monitor KPIs and perform quality analyses to protect inventory integrity and customer experience
- Develop expertise in fulfillment center processes and exceptions to drive continuous improvement
- Assist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates, supporting talent development
- A degree or equivalent experience in operations management
- Experience in data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
- Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced MS Office usage, especially Excel
- Experience leading teams
- Familiarity with policy adherence and process compliance
- Ability to multi-task in a complex and ambiguous environment
