The HR Coordinator – International Projects is a key contributor within the Human Resources function, responsible for coordinating and driving HR initiatives across multiple countries. The role ensures consistency, alignment, and effective implementation of global HR policies and processes, supporting organizational growth and acting as a strategic link between Headquarters, local HR teams, and international stakeholders.
Position Purpose
To provide integrated and structured coordination of international HR processes, contributing to organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and regulatory compliance, with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on the HR function.

Key Activities:

International HR Project Coordination
Lead and coordinate cross-country HR projects (e.g. set-up and development of local HR structures, roll-out of global HR policies, process harmonization initiatives).
Plan and manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignm
