Scope of the role





The Hospital & Specialty Care Business Unit currently generates approximately
€100 million in revenue and counts around 55 employees.

The BU Director will lead a team of 7 direct reports:

* 1 Head of Marketing
* 1 Business operations
* 4 Territory Managers
* 1 Head of Hospital

Your role

* Define and execute the commercial strategy of the Business Unit, ensuring
delivery against — and ideally beyond — the agreed business plan.

* Coordinate, consolidate and steer all business and financial planning
processes across the BU.

* Review, challenge and validate the outputs of commercial models, embedding
ambitious yet realistic "raise-the-bar" objectives into the plan book.

* Contribute as a member of the BU Italy Leadership Team, enabling the matrix
organization to deliver high-quality strategy and flawless execution across
all assigned brands.
