cscs.it is searching for a Project Manager for the implementation of on-going projects.

The incumbent will contribute to develop and refine strategies, to monitor tasks and KPIs of ongoing projects, draft presentation and information material for the promotion of the project, to supervise the financial budget of the current activities and to coordinate with other CSCS departments.

The Expert Is Expected To Work Closely With All Relevant Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies, Development Partners, CSCS Project Team Members And Consultants And Private Sector To Perform The Following Specific Tasks

Tasks and responsibility

Implementation of activities as required by the project
Update future and foresight communication material and description to be used for communication with members and clients
Develop a literature overview and organize background material
Work closely with graphic designer to develop communication material on CSCS’s future and foresight activities
oversee overall projects implementation to ensure timely delivery of outputs within the allocated budget




in consultation with project team leaders, sector experts, resource persons, design a detailed implementation plan including project timelines, resources, workplans etc.
prepare annual and semi-annual work plan updates
supervise full-time national administrative consultants of the projects
review and revise periodically the cost estimates and projections and report any issues to project team leader
coordinate with all consultants and staff working under the project to ensure the projects activities are well executed and represent CSCS approach
validate all consultants’ claims and expenses and report any issues to project team leaders and project analysts
manage any conflicts and issues on the ground related to the projects, including team performance, coordination with other relevant stakeholders etc.;
monitor the project implementation progress and produce regular reports to CSCS and donors i
