Tasks

Support customer acquisition and business growth through effective sales support
Manage the CPQ process, including quotations, pricing, and sample coordination
Prepare and maintain customer documentation, annual reviews, and activity plans
Coordinate customer events, trade fairs,



and workshops
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries
Maintain customer, material, and pricing master data
Perform database checks and support pricing updates
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service

Skills

Completed commercial, business, or administrative education, or a comparable qualification
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Order Management, or a related role, preferable in a B2B environment in the food industry
Good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, SAP)
Fluency in Italian, very good command of English written and spoken
Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset
High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data management
Ability to manage multiple priori
