Full Job Description

Dental Office seeking full-time front desk administrator for immediate position. Ideal candidates should have dental experience and be familiar with dental insurance.

Our goal – Providing the highest level of Patient’s care and satisfaction at an affordable cost.
Highly motivated individuals who welcome patients, care and address patients’ questions.
A Duties include checking in and checking out patients, entering dental codes at time of service, collecting patient co payments and scheduling follow up appointments, handling phone lines to schedule appointments and provide customer service to patients, preparation and filing of dental records, confirmation of patient dental insurance eligibility, and additional administrative duties as may be required.
Experience with PMS system i.e. OpenDental, Dentrix etc.
