Purpose of the position: As System Analyst , you will be part of the ENCAR Business Line , working within the Systems & Data Engineering Management (SYDEM) organization. You will join a multidisciplinary team of CAD 2D/3D Administrators and System Engineering Managers , supporting the deployment, administration, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering digital platforms and information management solutions across major EPC projects.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

- Manage SmartPlant Foundation (SPF/SDx) environments, including schema editing, data mapping, publish/retrieve activities, reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Develop, customize, and maintain project reports and information management solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide end-user support to project teams, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring effective use of engineering information management systems.
- Manage integrations between SPF/SDx and engineering applications such as Smart Instrumentation (SI), SmartPlant P&ID; (SPPID), Smart Electrical (SEL), Smart 3D, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA ERM and AVEVA E3D.
- Develop and maintain custom authoring domains, workflows, concurrent engineering environments, SDV functionalities and SPF APIs using C#, VB.NET, VBA and related technologies,



while managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Support project data handover activities, ensuring the extraction, validation, packaging and delivery of engineering information and project data to Clients in compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent technical disciplines.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC environments, including participation in at least two major capital projects supporting SPF/SDx administration. Previous experience in Engineering Information Management and engineering data management platforms is required.

Languages: Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Technical/IT Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of Hexagon Smart Foundation (SPF/SDx).
- Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, VBA, XML, SQL, SQL Server, Oracle Databases, IIS and SSRS Reporting Services.
- Experience in developing APIs, custom reports and automation solutions.
- Good understanding of FEED and EPC engineering deliverables and information workflows.
- Knowledge of SmartPlant and AVEVA applications (SPID, SEL, SI, Smart 3D, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA ERM, AVEVA E3D).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments.





What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within (EMEA, Africa, Worldwide, etc ) – if applicable
