To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, solution-oriented and versatile Facility Manager / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) who ensures the smooth operation of our resort with technical expertise, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

- Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work throughout the resort
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all technical systems and facilities
- Performing minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas
- Maintaining and caring for the resort buildings and outdoor areas
- Supporting construction, renovation and refurbishment projects with general maintenance work
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors and technical service providers
- Operating professional cleaning machines for large surface areas
- Responsible for waste management and seasonal outdoor maintenance, such as lawn mowing
- Documenting maintenance work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supporting the luggage service for our guests
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and all operational departments

Your Profile

- Ideally, experience in a comparable position within the upscale hospitality industry
- Warm,



professional and service-oriented attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Resilience, flexibility and a strong team spirit
- Excellent organisational skills with an independent and structured way of working
- High level of initiative, responsibility and reliability
- Enjoy working with people
- Good command of English, Italian and/or German is an advantage
