This role in summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Project Management Procurement Intern to join our Procurement organization.
Reporting to Procurement Manager – Head of PM Team, the intern will support the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of cost reduction initiatives (EPI – Enterprise Productivity Improvement) across the business. The role will be instrumental in ensuring visibility of project progress, savings delivery, risks, and opportunities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of Procurement reporting tools and processes.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating closely with Procurement, Commodity Management, Project Management, R&D; and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include
Support the coordination and tracking of EPI and cost reduction projects across multiple product categories and business initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, action plans, savings delivery, risks, and implementation status.
Collect, consolidate, validate,



and analyze data from different stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for Procurement leadership and management reviews.
Work closely with Commodity Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Contribute to the refinement, standardization, and continuous improvement of Procurement reporting tools, KPIs and governance processes.
Support the development of more effective reporting solutions, enhancing visibility and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, R&D;, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and increase reporting efficiency and automation.
