We are seeking an organised and adaptable Workplace Manager responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a welcoming environment. You will collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and manage events effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, focusing on their efficacy and adherence to company values.
Source and evaluate service providers based on current needs and issues (e.g., CSR,



social inclusion).
Oversee office renovations, space optimisation, decorations, and purchases.
Maintain communication with IT and HR departments for managing office technology.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and manage the office email address.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Anticipate office needs and propose budgeted activities for team engagement.
Track budgets and invoicing processes to create an optimal working environment.
Assist in organising events and providing hospitality for clients and visitors.
Welcome guests and respond to talent requests, ensuring a positive experience for all.
