At LaFinteca, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top fintech talent across Europe and Latin America. What you'll do
Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions and seniority levels.
Partner directly with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and talent needs.
Proactively source and headhunt top talent across Europe and LATAM, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market..
Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitor analysis.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
Leverage AI recruiting tools and sourcing technologies to improve hiring efficiency.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Recruitment,
Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search.
Strong experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
Experience with talent mapping, market research, and recruitment strategy.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Personio), and AI-powered recruiting tools.
Fluent English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a strong plus.
Previous experience recruiting within fintech, payments, banking, or technology is a strong plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, strategic, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
